Good morning...

I've decided that no matter how dull our life may be, I can update this family blog at least once a week. It shouldn't really be that hard, right?

I've set the goal… let's see how we go.

Today's exciting topic:

Mornings.

Since we've headed back into the whole schooling thing, technology devices and T.V. shows are OFF LIMITS until all the work is done. My children have been reduced to getting up in the mornings, and ~gasp~ playing with like, actual, STUFF.

It's a hard life. I think it's great.

breakfast goods ready for everyone.

She is SWEET! I think I'll go ahead and keep her.

Me in the morning.
Just kidding. It's Wes…

Eventually we get into some work. Don't they look so perfect and studious?
Pictures can make everything looks so amazing. What you don't hear is this though:
"Stop shaking the table!!!… you are in my space!… you kicked my leg…
you bumped my arm and messed up my work!…
that is not your marker, that is MY marker!… etc… etc."

It's great.

In other news, my son Jarom is the most thoughtful and kind person on the planet.
I came home from running errands, and found this little note waiting for me:
