Because one day I'm going to be old. And I'm not going to remember half the things my kids did... and so I'll shuffle my wrinkly old legs to the computer, and ease my aching bones into the chair, and read through the bazillion posts I've stuck on this blog... and most likely I'll sit for hours reading about the good old days, and all the sweet/cute/bizzaro things my kids did. Only to be interrupted by my wrinkly old husband shouting out, "where's my gruel, woman???"
I have high expectations for the future, as you can tell.
Anyway, this was one moment that I thought was too cute to sit gathering dust in my brain forever, so here it is.
Jarom was sitting with Lena last night, just watching her watch one of her girly little movies, and he was playing with her hair, and then he looks over to me and says:
"I'm glad you had Lena, because without Lena, there would be no fun... because she brings cuteness to our house--lots of cuteness."
Too right, Jarom... Too right.
