homeschooling it

I know, I know what you're thinking... I have just been overwhelming you with posts lately. You want me to slow down already, and let you get on with your day, because you just spend all your time reading all the posts I have been showering you with lately!

Yeah, okay... not really. I have been busy getting prepared for the life of home schooling... and this past Monday, we dove on in and got to it. We started school a few weeks early because we want to take December off this year, so we can do a little something called 'visiting our homeland!'

And of course, you all remember that the school year begins in January here... at least you should remember because we've told you only about 10 trillion times.

So, I apologize now for the lack of blogging I'll be doing in the future... I just need to get used to every moment of my life being consumed by children and their schooling. Hopefully we'll get the hang of it, and I can get back to parking myself at this computer for more than five minutes.

Here's a couple of pictures for you, because I don't want to leave you with a post of just me babbling...

Here are the two who are getting taught by Ms. Prepchuk this year... (that's what Jarom insists on calling me). Don't they look like such hard workers???

And here are the two who get to do whatever the heck they want to all day. They aren't sure if they're too happy about their older brothers getting so much of the attention that used to belong to them all day... I try to keep them as occupied as I can, and fortunately we have an abundance of socks throughout the house, so I guess they're good to go.
