an aussie day

Since today was Australia day, we traded in our Canadian hats, for our Australian ones (not literally, of course). And... perhaps we went overboard dressing up the kids, and painting faces, but that really wasn't my fault... it was Wes' (as usual). I was only planning on writing Oi on the kids cheeks, but Wes wasn't going to settle for mediocre! And so he spent forever and a day painting flags on their cheeks as well. Only to see his masterful work smudged and smeared off thirty seconds later.

He doesn't know about kids yet. I should let him in on the secret. Whatever you do, your children will destroy and obliterate it within moments.

He'll catch on I guess.

Here they all are... we were on our way out to our ward's Australia day activity. Sorry no pictures of the activity, I didn't bring my camera along... I'm all about packing LIGHT!
