So we waltzed ourselves into a freezing cold ice rink and watched some guys play a little something called "hockey." It was some international competition or something, I don't really know… I'm sure Wes told me, but I tend to tune out sports talk. Anyway... as it usually goes, it was down to Canada and the U.S. of A.
Go ahead and guess who we were rooting for.
Here are the fantastic pictures I managed to snap while we were there. It was kind of hard to get a decent picture, so I went ahead and labeled them galore for you.
You're welcome!
I don't really know what catchy phrase Americans use… but this works for me!
Since hockey has nothing to do with staring at an iPad, Conner checked out early.
Canada lost BIG TIME. We were somewhat saddened, along with 99% of
the people who were there. Fortunately everyone there was also Australian, and couldn't
muster up that much disappointment over a game of hockey.
Hockey…? What's that? ICE? What is THAT??
