pardon me

I think I do a good job of keeping it pretty clean on this blog. But every once and awhile, I find it necessary to venture into topics a little more... uhhh... questionable.

This is one of those times...

Don't worry, this is very tame, but I couldn't resist sharing. My kids (mainly my daughter) may curse me for this later in life, but hey... I'll just let future Amanda deal with that.

My daughter Lena has earned herself the title of The Gas Queen around our home. She puts her brothers, and occasionally her father to shame. She's pretty proud of herself at the moment, but she is only four and really doesn't know any better. After a particular "windy" day, her dear friend and brother Conner decided to do a little drawing of his impressive sister....

Not sure if I should explain it for you since I'm sure you can work it out... but hey, why not? I've got
some time on my hands, and so do you apparently, otherwise what are you doing here on this blog???

That triangle thing coming out of her head (nice ponytails by the way, right?), is her dress. Coming
out of her dress (the big bubbly thing) is her derrière (everything sounds better in french). Out of
her derrière is the big gas storm she let out earlier in the day.

He is such an amazing artist. The talent of my children never ceases to amaze me.

And speaking of the artist, I thought you might like to see him...

He lost his two front teeth the other day, and if I didn't document that... well, that
would just be embarrassing!
