birthday and short

Well, since I've blogged about everyone else's birthday this year, I figured I might as well keep it up and show you a little proof that we acknowledged the birthday of the man of the house.

You want to know what exciting things we did for his birthday?

He opened some presents. Then we all ate some cake.

It was really very super duper thrilling. A birthday I'm sure he'll never forget.

And here's the birthday boy, all cute and innocent. Just like the day he was born.

Want to watch a cool trick that my totally awesome husband can do?
He can light the candles on his own cake, using nothing but his amazing brain power and laser vision.

Poof! There they are. Lit, and ready to blow out. He's so talented...

Here he is, being all scared of his thirty four candles. Please don't make me be
thirty four, Amanda, please!!! I promise I'll be good... I won't tease the kids anymore,
I'll remember to take out the garbage... I'll even get home from work at the time I actually say
I'll be home from work... anything you want, I'll do it!

Sorry Wes, I don't have that kind of power. But I'll take those promises anyway.

After thirty four years, you'd think he would catch on to how it's done.
You blow the candles out, Wesley dear... you don't head butt them out.

......................

You are probably wondering what the short thing is all about in my title...

Well, it has to do with this short, that my two oldest boys made... and being their mother and number
one creative supporter, I am morally obligated to share it with you.

They really do love making their little videos, you have no idea.
