Mommy (humouring him): "Okay, fine... nice to meet you Joe."
Jarom smiles a big smile.
Reid (in amazement): "Can you really do that???"
Mommy (can't let the issue drop): "Okay now... why do you want to change your name to Joe?"
Jarom: "Because."

Reid (still amazed): "Really? Can you really do that???
Mommy: "If you wanted to, I guess. Why do you want to change your name to Joe? Jarom is such a nice name."
Jarom: "Yeah, but I just don't like it when people say my name wrong. They always say my name wrong. They always call me Jerome."
Ahhh... so, we finally get to the truth of the matter.
