birthday bowling

For Wes' 30th birthday (yeah, he's that old now!) we did something we have never done before as a family. We went bowling. And surprisingly it went very well. I didn't think the boys would like it too much, but of course I was wrong, and they did. Reid especially loved it... and Jarom did too, until he tripped and fell, and dropped the ball on his thumb. Conner caught on really quick, and after he had pushed the ball, he would watch it roll, and shout "go, go, go!", and then clap like crazy when he'd knock down some pins. And he did manage to get some presents and a cake as well... apparently it takes a lot of breath to blow out one candle... poor old man.
