Yeah, I know.
SORRY.
I don't know what's going on with me! I'm so lazy! And busy! And lazy! And busy!
Okay fine... just lazy.
And I've been feeling guilty about it, so I got off my lazy duff and took some pictures of my kiddies being... my kiddies.
For Christmas Auntie Sarah bought a couple of boxes of these connecting straw thingamabobbers, and the boys have been having a great old time creating all sorts of wondrous things with them. So as they were playing with them today, I whipped out my lonely little camera and got a few shots for you...
I asked Reid and Conner what gloriously inspiring masterpiece they were creating... and this was their response...
Conner: "Huh???... oh!... CHEESE!!!"
Reid suddenly realized he didn't know what it was he was building... "Uhhh... a cubey thing?"
(Sorry about the big ol' hairy blob in the corner. That's Conner's head... it often gets in the way of things)
Fortunately he didn't let a minor detail like that deter him!!! So he grew himself a mustache, and kept on working away at it. Whatever "IT" was.
Moving on to a child who did know what he was doing... one who was very excited to be creating away, and growing his brain... so many possibilities before him... ships, space crafts, castles, volcanoes... a race car, a dinosaur, a helicopter...
A coffin for his little sister...
(Ummm... should I be concerned?)
Hmmm... I don't know about this... she looks kinda... ALIVE to me...
Once you are done burying your sister alive, it's always good manners to pose for a picture, looking as sweet and innocent as can be, so no one will ever suspect you of your evil ways.
It's no good of course, when your dead sister won't stay dead...
Lena: "Jarom, Jarom! Please let me out! Look at me... I'm not dead anymore!"
Jarom: "I'm so sorry Lena, but I can't hear a word you're saying... I can't hear dead people after all... do I look like Melinda Gordon to you? Now lay back down please, and appreciate your coffin a little more."
