lesson from lena

For those of you out there who are users of chapstick, you are probably going to be very surprised, and possibly a little embarrassed to know that you have been using it incorrectly all these years.

And here to show you how it's REALLY done, is my highly intelligent daughter...

You probably thought it was just for your lips... but I'm afraid not. It works
great on cheeks too.

Once you're done with cheeks, it's time to move on over to the ears.

And from there, on to the hair of course.

Then slowly drag it down towards your nose...

And then shove it up your nose for good measure.

Ah... well, what do you know. It made it to her lips after all.

And to finish off, I thought I'd share this cute Conner moment with you...

First of all, you have to know that the boys are VERY excited to go to Canada, and ask everyday how much longer until we go.

So as we were getting into the car to go to the grocery store the other morning, Conner asks me if we're going to drive to Canada now. To which I reply, "No Conner, Canada is too far away to drive there in a car... we are going to have to go there in an airplane."

Conner thought about that for a moment and then gets this panicked look on his face and shouts out, "but  Mommy!!! We don't HAVE an airplane!!!"

Haha... TWO MORE WEEKS! Can't wait to see everyone.
