So really... a frog? In our house? And not some tiny little one either... he was a pretty good size. Well, we thought so anyway... and we're pretty proud of that. Of course, the first thing we did was ask him just how he got into the house in the first place... the cracks in the walls aren't THAT big! But he wasn't very communicative on that point. Judging by the fact that he headed straight for our kids toys, I'm guessing maybe he was just a little bored of the pond life. However, he was pretty good about letting us poke him with the broom (you never know when they might get violent!), and then about letting us put him in a box and releasing him back to the wild. And in the end he did apologize, and kindly explained to us that he must have made a mistake, and taken a wrong turn on his way to the
muppet auditions. So, we found it in our hearts to forgive him.
