I suppose that this is the longest break I've had between posts... so did you miss us terribly? And I'll just ignore those of you who are thinking, "I didn't even notice"...
Well, I welcome you back with a little look into Reid's life... He's doing really well at school this year, he's has not cried ONCE... miracle of miracles! And to top it off, he now wants to be dropped off at the gate like some of the other kids... no more walking him to his class... he says he's big enough and brave enough now. Which may be true, but that doesn't mean his mother is. So I may drop him at the gate, but I still stand there and wait until I can see him reach his class.
And apparently he's quite the ladies man, and he's made a girlfriend already... her name is Claudia. Last year his girlfriend was Kelly... this year it's Claudia. And he has informed me that at the end of the school day when they say good bye to each other, they have "a cuddle"... which is Australian for saying they have "a hug". I told him that's fine as long as there is no kissing... which he took very seriously, and said, "no... there's no kissing allowed at school."
Ahhhh... what a relief.
